The post Interview seem to be inspiring but to honest... It doesn't convince me. The very gist of my opinion in that matter represents the screenshot above. I strongly believe that THIS IS the real recruitment process.
Anything else is just a fairy tale. Okay... The only thing I can agree on is the fact that first impression we make is important. It is the most important factor in this case! We all are humans (the recruiters as well!) and even if we perfectly match the formal job requirements, still the last word have the HR guys. If they don't get to like you during the quick interview they will never do.
Being nice, well-dressed , respectful is important. But eventually what decides, whether you get your dream job or not, is just a matter of luck. The HR person that makes decisions can find you a good potential co-worker or just dislike you from the very first sight. It is very personal and has only a little to do with all that tips...
